At Christmas Tree Brooklyn, we want your holiday to be perfect; if you are not satisfied with your tree or accessories, we offer a 24-hour freshness guarantee for replacements or a full refund prior to delivery. Due to the perishable nature of live Christmas trees, returns cannot be accepted once the tree has been installed in your home.

Return Process

  Contact our team within 24 hours of delivery if you have concerns regarding the quality or freshness of your tree.

  Photo Documentation

  Provide a clear photograph of the issue to our support email so our arborists can assess the condition of the greenery.

  Verification

  Our team will review your request and, if eligible, authorize a scheduled pickup or an on-site replacement at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Resolution

  Once the return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any delivery fees.
